Pearl Bay Water Park

Pearl Bay, located in Bandaragama, Sri Lanka, is the country’s first internationally certified leisure park, offering a diverse range of attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. Opened to the public on January 26, 2023, this expansive 23-acre facility is designed to provide a full day of excitement and relaxation.

Attractions:

• SplashBay: This European-standard water park features four towers with sixteen unique slides catering to various thrill levels. Highlights include an 88-meter gravity drop slide, a 120-meter loophole slide, a 40-meter mat racer slide, and a dedicated children’s area with a four-slide water play structure.
• SpeedBay: For racing enthusiasts, SpeedBay offers Sri Lanka’s first FIA-CIK certified 1.2 km karting track. The track accommodates leisure karting for beginners, as well as more advanced experiences for seasoned racers.
• TargetBay: This zone provides a five-lane air rifle shooting range, perfect for visitors looking to test their precision and focus in a safe environment.
• ArrowBay: An archery range designed for both novices and experienced archers, offering a chance to practice and hone archery skills.
• YumBay: After a day of activities, guests can dine at YumBay, which houses the Titan restaurant. The restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious snacks, meals, and beverages to satisfy various culinary preferences.

Operating Hours:

Pearl Bay operates daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing visitors ample time to explore and enjoy all attractions.

Safety and Standards:

Safety is a top priority at Pearl Bay. The water park is built and certified to European health and safety standards, with all slides manufactured and commissioned by reputable firms. The facility has undergone extensive testing and received “Fit for Use Certification.” Additionally, the karting track is FIA-CIK certified, ensuring a high-quality racing experience.

Conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Colombo and near the Southern Highway, Pearl Bay is easily accessible for both local and international visitors. The park also offers ample parking facilities for guests arriving by car.
